How can you know if you are a sex addict? What about your spouse or loved one? I have collected a variety of tests to help you answer those questions. These are not professional diagnostics, but they are guidelines. If you find yourself answering 'yes' to more than a few of the questions, consider seeking help. Sex addiction is painful -- both for the addict and for those around the addict -- but there is help.
